  • Telehealth therapy for Minnesota humans—designed around you, not a one-size-fits-all plan.

    We’ll blend approaches like mindfulness-based CBT, somatic techniques, solution-focused work, and other evidence-based practices (yes, the good, effective stuff) with a more human, body-aware lens.

    Together, we build insight, practical tools, and real-life shifts—at a pace your nervous system can actually keep up with. We can tackle your anxiety, burnout recovery, nervous system regulation, stress management, and body-based awareness.

    Typically, we work together for at least three sessions and together we can decide the frequency and duration.

  • A custom session for your mind and your body.

    We’ll explore what helps you feel more grounded, create practices that actually work for you, and send you home with a recording to revisit anytime.

    No long-term commitment—just meaningful, focused support.

  • Movement-based sessions for families, classrooms, and teams who could all use a collective exhale.

    Through gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, we help groups reset, reconnect, and find a more sustainable rhythm—together.

    Each session is tailored to your group’s needs and can happen anywhere: a classroom, workplace, park, or rooftop.

  • Like many specialty providers, Healing Tides Therapy does not participate in direct insurance plans. This allows us to prioritize your privacy and provide flexible, individualized care. I am happy to provide Superbills for clients who wish to seek reimbursement through their out-of-network (OON) benefits.

  • Therapy : For psychotherapy, clients need to be located in Minnesota (where I’m licensed).

    We meet once (or twice, or three times!) create something that actually works for you, and you’ll receive a recording to come back to whenever you need a reset.
